Feeling lonely

Hi I am feeling lonely in my marriage and I feel like I will become sick soon. I am looking for someone to help me.
My husband goes out and comes home late at night every day and when I am trying to explain that to him he doesn't understand so He doesn’t touch me I have to ask him to have sex with me, he doesn't buy for me presents, he doesn’t compliment me, he doesn’t tell me he loves me.....
