Irresponsible and unsupportive husband

Hi,

I am writing this in grief , my husband is not at all ready to take responsibility of mine and his baby.
I work onsite , I tried to call him on dependent visa, he came for 15 days and went back by saying he will find job and come, and now recently he confessed he never tried for a job and lying for searching a job. I have told him many times I am ready to come back, but he never told his current(rental) address(he doesn't have his own house, even no parent house), now not even picking calls, blocking from everywhere. He doesn't tell where he works. If I come back to India, where to go, where to start. His family even not supporting, even they also blocking me. i don't understand what should I do to save marriage and make this complex relationship on track.
