Don't know what to do anymore.

In normal conversations or arguments my wife insists I'm wrong or I was in the wrong when incidents from the present or past are brought up pertaining to anything.
She doesn't listen to the whole explanation of what happened, she hears part of an explanation and jumps to the conclusion that I was wrong or did something wrong. When she has actually listened to a whole explanation she will still say I did wrong even if I hadn't done a thing.
