I really need help

I broke up with a girl as she wanted to date someone else. I started to date another girl and it was going good. After about a month, I stupidly made out with the first girl. After getting found out, the second girl broke up with me and the first is losing all of her friends as am I (I deserve to).
I was called a snakey c**t (which I deserve) and my best friend nearly attacked me. The first girls Mum has told me to stay away from her or I’ll have her brothers to deal with and everyone in my year is hating me (again that I deserve)
What can I do? 😰
