is my wife cheatng?

my wife is the mother of two and 40 plus but I suspect she is attracted to her colleague. I have installed spy software in her mobile and monitoring her activities in the office and I can feel the way she is talking, laughing, and getting close to, all indicating she is signaling to this guy(who is 5 years younger than her). she is not revealing any sign of it with me, and our relationship is, at least from my side, good. She is not having conversations after office, not connected via any social site, no sign or proof at all.
I am confused, how can I make sure she is flirting or they are just friends?
