Below are some forms that need to be filled out. This will give us basic information to begin your counseling.
Our Telehealth sessions utilize Zoom or Facetime. After we receive your information, we will send you an invitation to join us, which will require you to get the Zoom app on the machine that you will use during your session. Just before your appointment time, you will receive an email with a link that will take you to the waiting room.
You will also find an article explaining what to expect in couples therapy which you may find helpful.
Feel free to ask any questions regarding your treatment or progress, and to give us feedback if there is a better way to assist you.
