marriage advice on husband leaving wife and staying with mother.

It has been 5 months since my father-in-law died. Since then my husband has been staying with his mother in a separate state. he comes to visit me and my daughter on weekends. He says it is to support her but do you think this is fair.
He has been visiting his parents every weekend and has been staying there for the entire time his father was sick, now that his father had died, he is staying there to support his mother. Please advice what to do?
