Im married to the most loving giving man of almost 30years.

Just recently my husband has been going through what I can only sumise is a mid life crisis. He,s 53 7years younger than me. He lost a valuable job he loved doing and in the time he was unemployed for found himself escaping in watching animee. In turn this has disturbed me . We've come to a log head situation and when I asked him to compromise his time on his phone when im at evening work he,s response was, whatever. He,s not talking to me now . Im lost, feelings of detachment emotions running high for me. Im feeling to leave him alone let him process or do I drop him a letter. Letting him know, hey I love you, and when your ready to talk im here?

"You gave us counseling without making either one of us feel that you were taking sides.
You always maintained your impartiality with us. You encouraged Rita to be more assertive in stating what she wanted to get from your counseling sessions, as well as what she wanted to get from the relationship.
You taught both of us better communication between ourselves, which lead to an emotional comfort level between us that didn't exist before.
You took control of the direction of the session if things were not moving along.
Thanks so much
for helping us."
