My Wife wants to have sex every day.

I'm a man in my mid 30's. I've been married for 2yrs. I must point out first that my wife is a very attractive and beautiful woman in her early 30's. And I feel strongly attracted to her emotionally and physically. Our relationship for the most part is great.
Recently she's been in this sexual rollercoaster in which she wants to have sex every day literally every day. And as much as I want to, I can't keep up with it anymore. My spirit definitely want to but my body is saying chill out and take a break.
I don't know what to do...and she seems to have no intention of slowing down. Seriously how do you even say No? I don't think she is doing anything wrong, other than having more energy than me.
