Was my wife ready for marriage

I have been married for a little over a year and have known my wife for 3 going 4 years. I keep asking myself if she was really ready to be married.
I love her dearly and would do anything or her that is possible. My problem is I think she has a lack of respect for me and our marriage.
She goes clubbing at least twice a week and goes on girl trip with her best friend often.
My issue is how she dresses sometimes and when she goes out of town. I have to ask her for all the relevant info, I never get to know where she is staying or the exact time of here leaving and coming back.
I believe that if she has respect for us should ask I'm leaving @ X time, going to X place, Staying @ X hotel and leaving @ Y time.
Is that asking too much of your spouse?
