Wife forcing me to take home decision against my will

It may sound like a very small issue but past few days my wife has been insisting to shift to a locality which I'm not willing to. Here she is saying if I don't agree with her she will end up the relationship.
My question is:
Should I compromise with my will and shift there or should I consider the fact that someone who is ready to end a relationship becoz of such a small thing has no value for the relationship?
