Wife keeps accusing me

A year ago my wife accused me of having an affair with my sister. Now she has just asked me if my ex's baby who i'm guessing is around 4 is mine. I haven't talked to my ex in at least 10 years. She wont believe me even though I'm not lying. We have a baby together and I don't know what to do.
